Fan Channels

Do you think fan channels are a good thing? Personally I quite liked them at 1 stage, Robbie from AFTV vlogs were quite good. On the other hand I find Toffee TV to be pretty awful, Baz is alright, but Ped can be a nauseating bell end at times. But I'd definitely watch a GOT podcast, with some of the characters on here, it would get 10 times the views as AFTV.

Depends

Personally I think monetisation took any sense of sincerity out of it and the attention clearly goes to some of their heads.

And it becomes tedious when you are constantly being asked to “hit the like button “

With the rate and technical leaps AI is constantly making especially with text to speech and voice cloning, it will be interesting to see what fan “content” is like in a few years.
