when i entered the new millenium, yonks before any of you lot, i certainly didnt envisage that i would be back in the uk by 2010, so june 2000 was deffo a suprise.

in another 10 years i will i hope

• be more stable financially
• NOT be a grandparent
• have become blase about us being champions of everywhere
• still be sitting in awe in my seat at goodison (a rebuilt one that shall become known as "The Temple of Reality" by other teams, theatre of dreams my arsh)
• be alive and healthy and all my family as well
• have found the sectret to reversing the ageing process
• have 38dd breasts, be known as Kelly and be featured in mcbains fav thread

Michael Rodd recalls filming the first mobile telephone in a park in Chelmsford in 1977. During filming, the phone rang. It was a wrong number. The sound of a ringing mobile phone came to you first on Tomorrow's World.
In 1972, William Woollard predicted that trains half-a-mile long would thunder through a Channel Tunnel at up to 200mph and reach Paris in two-and-a-half hours. Pretty accurate - even if it did take 22 years to come true.
