2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

They will do what the do every game, sit deep and sit back and break with their fast players.

We will also sit deep and hoof it long.

It won’t be a game for the footballing purists
We're a form team. They wont want to come here Sunday.

Forest will end up just inside th top 10.

If it's a game of percentages, then we have to beat Forest at home regardless of their form.

Their good run might be a good thing for us actually. It will be a tough game but I'd be more wary of them if they needed a result. More often than not, we seem to be adept at handing teams a boost when they need it.

This game is a real barometer as to how the rest of the season might go. Three points here would give us real cause for optimism. A loss would be another very stark reminder of where we are.

It was though. They were bang in form when they played us and we knocked the stuffing out of them
I will never get people almost acting like our result v a good team, is made worst by someone the next game saying it means nothing based on the following result. its like saying if Leicester beat city sunday that our result v City is nothing

We have drew against 3 teams, a lot thought we would lose to, while many thought we would be in the relegation zone after those games

A good point well made. Will be an interesting game. They are just a team playing with a lot of belief. A bit similar to Sheffield utd a few years back when they finished 6th or 7th or whatever it was. Forest are just feeling good and have a solid base. We can beat a team like that, but of course need to be wary and also be patient.

Yes, but there's been 3 points won in fixtures many had written off two weeks ago.

Our problem is not keeping tight and restricting good teams chances, our problem is having forwards that can stick a half chance away. Ndiaye took his today thank goodness, but we need a lot more to grab wins.

Good morale boosting draws though.

As said, I dont rate Forest despite their position.

We'll beat them on Sunday.

Dave you wanted us to rest all of our team for today’s game.
