2024/25 Relegation Thread

Feels like we have seen tomorrow’s game countless times before. Lampard v Southampton, Benitez v Norwich - one last defeat against a poor side before the inevitable sack.

If we go bottom three tomorrow with our fixtures ahead of us then dyche simply has to go.
That's what I sort of expect to happen but I hope I'm wrong.

When it gets to this point I think it's highly unlikely that the manager turns it around.

The team need to go out there and play with intensity and aggression. That doesn't mean dominating possession but we need to be positive and get at their defence.

It would be unacceptable to sit deep and park the bus against their very average defence. This is a very winnable game, regardless of our recent form. We need to go and win it.

So we are 2 points from 2nd to bottom if it stays like this with a fixture list coming up that would scare the grim reaper and still at the helm we have itchy nosed the problems all existed before i came and if you compare this season with last season after the points were deducted we are doing ok.

Nothing to worry about.

Dyche has tried to create a negative mindset within the club.

But we as fans can see that we should be better and this squad can produce better.

Dyche has been mainly responsible for disastrous tactics and woeful subs have cost us.

I still see us winning 8 games to save us but we have to start tomorrow.

Dyche is going nowhere until the takeover is done. Doesn’t matter if we lose 5-0 tomorrow, until the Friedkins are in place, Dyche will be the manager.

Going to be horrible in the ground if the players show no intensity and the game is tight. Ridiculous for this set of players to have such a pivotal game before Xmas.

In a weird way I hope Dyche doesn’t try something really random in desperation. Koeman spent his last week screaming at the players to go long. They lost even more respect for him as he abandoned everything he’d spent months preaching. Can’t afford for the players to throw him under the bus at the expense of losing. He’s gone anyway. Can’t see him
Going radical though. His plan B is just plan A but with Harrison instead of Lindstrom.
