Maybe if they showed as much fight during the game 😆

Id stick Palace and West Ham in the mix too. Palace just dont have it this season and there's something very dodgy about West Ham IMO. Something not right at that club right now.

We'll coast to safety...unless the corrupt PL start throwing down points deductions to us and us alone.

Fair, but they have enough points. I mean, 30 gets you safe, they are nearly there.

There's no basis for any points deductions.

The bottom 3 go down. At a push maybe Leicester do.

I’ve never liked this Leicester team, I think Palace and even Ipswich have got more about them. I think sacking Cooper could be a huge mistake. You don’t open up with those CBs but Van Nistlerooy looks like he is.

Southampton Leicester and one of Wolves or Ipswich for me depending on who Wolves get as manager.

Yes agree re Leicester. But Ipswich will run out of steam.

Shame to lose the 5 point buffer to the bottom 3 a draw between Ipswich and Wolves would have given.

But, if you finish below Ipswich or Southampton you deserve to go down.

So for me it's Leicester and Wolves. So bigger picture I'm glad Wolves lost.
Yes, I think this is the best outcome for us. Southampton are gone and Ipswich will fight honestly - but they won't be able to surmount their lack of quality. Wolves with a new manager should be able to mount some kind of recovery, so I'm happier to have them down there in deep trouble - even if that means Ipswich inching closer. Our point at Arsenal means there is no real reason why we cannot grind out enough points to remain just out of touch.

Esp with wolves game vs leicester next week felt if they won today would have had a real chance to over take us. For me i am just happy about the point today still have more tough games to go. But with the takeover and hooefully new players coming in we can start to feel more postive and get clear

Wolves are very messy all round, I think they will sack O'Neil and hope a gamble pays off as they can't afford anyone decent, has a feel of a club in freefall

Obviously the first 4 games count as well, and it was a very poor start, but the overall trend of form in the last 11 games (15 points) isn’t one of a team that’s going down. Neither is the goals conceded.

We’ve had a couple of bad days away at Spurs and United, but we don’t leak 2, 3 goals per game regularly like the sides in-the bottom 3 are.
Defend the way we have in the last few games and we'll be safe by March.
