2024/25 Relegation Thread

February and March are big months for us. April looks horrid and I really don't want to be going into another May needing big results. Hopefully the squad can take confidence from today and also get a couple of additions to pull us clear before Easter.

Are you and Dave taking turns?
Told you it was a game we needed to be winning and should have expected to win given their issues. They were there for the whooping and we really should have put them to the sword, and would have if not for appalling finishing in the second half and a midfield going absent for the last third of the game.

Brighton away we should expect a tight game as long as we don't defend like we did at the end there, and Leicester you have to fully, fully expect three points given their form and what's at stake. Obviously most fans would be delighted with 6 points from Spurs/Brighton/Leicester.

So we have no issues?

You must be so disappointed we won.

5 more wins would see us easily safe. There’s no “could” about it. Personally I think 3 wins and a handful of draws is safety.
I said in here a couple of days ago we need to beat the 4 below us and pick up 2 'unexpected wins'.

There's one of the two, get another quickly and then we might even give ourselves room to slip up against one of those beneath us.
