10 defeats,3 draws,1 win since march - that win v Luton as you say in April. said it a few weeks back that it wouldnt surprise me if they could be in trouble, but some replied back saying they can score, but they can also concede

Absolutely this. Other teams around us who are in trouble will act proactively. We will continue to sleepwalk into the Championship

They got to 40 points and basically went into holiday mode. Watching them today and they played well but couldn't finish Newcastle off at 1-0 and were made to pay.

Still got a decent spine in Dawson-Lemina-Cunha but around them it's pretty average and they can't get up the pitch as effectively as last season with Neto gone.

I remember they were in a similar state two seasons ago but they spent heavily in January so that could be a difference as this club in takeover limbo can't really do that.

Southampton will sack their manager anytime now and get a bounce...in the meantime while we'll hobble on.

Gary O’Neill is a decent manager but this is what happens to managers outside the top 6. They sell their best players, they don’t get replacements they want, they have injuries, and before you know it it’s 1 win in 15. Happened to De Zerbi last season. Frank has had some horrendous form at Brentford.

Negative. Big worry: Leicester probably have far more about them than the three that came up last year. Ipswich look like they've got a fight in them in the same way Luton did, but will still struggle to hit 40+ points.

Positive. If we play the way we did in the last two games, we will probably pick up quite a lot of points. Add Branthwaite to the last two games and we probably get 4 points minimum.

I also think a lot of us were expecting some sort of points deduction for Leicester which is now not happening

I do think Crystal Palace is better than the bottom bunch so this will likely be a 5 team race of crapitude to see which 2 of the group survives.

Last season at goodison ending with a relegation is written in the stars as the ultimate “Everton that”. It’s going to happen.

On the plus side we could yet end our first season in the new stadium as champions
