Apart from tomorrow being my 34th Birthday. My Dad (who had a heart attack last Wednesday night) is coming out of hospital tomorrow.

Talk about 2nd chances been given out by someone up there.

Time to get fit, swim, loose the moobs, spend some more time with my Dad, even though he is a Kopite.
