5 pieces of faeces

If you haven't seen it, watch 'Merseyside Detectives' and you'll know what I mean. As for Witham, what a pathetic excuse for a man.

I'm actually surprised that there isn't a thread already.
Not watched it, but Witham et al are worse than pieces of sh#£. At least you can flush faeces and forget about them. Let them rot.

To be fair the defence should be a lot better once Branthwaite is back. It’s only really right back that is the problem.

Watched the 1st 2 and it's very good, with other tonight/tomorrow. The Doc team got lucky (or unlucky) to be there at the right time for what happened. But they had already been filming for 6months previously, so that was why the Police looked so at ease with been filmed etc

It`s a hard watch, especially when Olivia`s mum is on, as it`s just heartbreaking.

She`s a pretty incredible woman tbh.

I couldn't believe that prisoners can still refuse to leave there cell for sentencing,
I thought they were going to change that ludicrous state of affairs,
Should be dragged out to face the families and listen to the victim impact statements

All four episodes are available on the Channel 4 app. It’s a brilliant documentary, well paced and straight to the point. Just a warning there some upsetting scenes as they reveal the camera footage of the officers attending the crime scenes, obviously it doesn’t show the victims but you get a fair idea of what’s going on.

One satisfying moment, in episode 3 which I think is on Channel 4 television tonight, it’s very brief, is when one of the perpetrators has his hands on his head , he steps out his apartment door and he his immediately dragged by the scruff of his t shirt and shoved to the floor by the officer. The arrogant arse deserves it.

There is some grim people about sadly and I don’t think I would have the patience in dealing with them the way the police did.

I’ve seen all four episodes now and it’s heartbreaking, repulsive and an uncomfortable watch in equal measure. It’s just staggering the things some people will go to to exact power over someone else, and makes it even more weird of the level like minded individuals who agree to plan, undertake and cover up what they did. There’s something about Liverpool….a lot of sensationalist murders have happened here. Strange.

Being around the same age as James Bulgers killers and lived near where he was taken, surreal time. Horrible.
