I think our smartest bet is to develop the other dock into a hotel in case PSR rears its head again and we can sell our hotel to ourselves. Seems like a proven method to me.

I hope not. I love that for now Goodison is still being used for football. So iconic and keeping her going is a tribute to her importance .
