How come Spurs are ok given their massive loss?
Have they got a massive loss over 3 years?
Tottenham's losses over the last three years are beyond that threshold at £220.7m, but the annual depreciation charge of £72m, which refers to their stadium and other facilities, means they are not at risk of breaching PSR regulations.Have they got a massive loss over 3 years?
Defo not being thick, im sat here saying to myself "just make it make sense!"I'm being thick, but what about our stadium? What is depreciation charge?
How can they claim that amount of depreciation on that stadium already !?//
Yes the rate is more favourable than ours at whatever it is over 11% something something but still £72 million, is that really justifiable? They still have over 800 million to pay on the longterm debt for the build of the stadium but it is capped at 2.79% interest rate.
Compared to us they are doing great.
