I'm sure all the stuff concerning mitigation could have done with good legal work.We didn’t need one, we pleaded guilty. This is an appeal against the sentence not the verdict.

We took a team from Pinsents. But by all accounts Mosh wanted to talk freely on the clubs behalf in the initial hearings, which is why we ended up in the ridiculous situation of offering a load of genuine mitigations on paper, but Mosh saying he had to spend loads because the midfield was crap.We didn’t need one, we pleaded guilty. Anyone know anything about this fella?
I’m sticking to my belief that the club has known exactly how far under or over we are for a few months. The earlier periods are already “agreed” due to the last referral, and they will have known how the 22/23 accounts looked for ages.
Nailed on then in that caseWe do some daft things, but making very public statements about watching with great interest how the PL deals with other clubs knowing we ourselves have breached again would be cataclysmically stupid.
Well if we’re still at the picking the team stage we can safely ignore anyone claiming to know the result.
Anyone able to paste the article to avoid paying a subscription?a real box to box from what I've heard
