Not paying for Sky mate but take your point lol...and yet there you are paying them your money for their opinion. Not a dig at you, pal, just a gripe at how the "system" works.
It's certainly as (badly) scripted as any pantomime. Frankly I'm surprised people still buy into it.Sometimes I think Football is just the pantomime of todays age lol and we unfortunately play the part of the clown.
I think with a lot of these things the appeal is almost baked in - the more I look at the judgement the more I see a bit of wiggle room on things they have / haven't included as aggravations or mitigations, think they've sought to take it to the maximum extent in the knowledge that an appeal will knock it down a bit.Wednesday got 12 points and appealed to 6 for example in the EFL. The appeals board ruled they disagreed with some of the independent commission findings.
Same thing here. The league will appoint an appeals board and they'll review it.
The other rat clubs who want to sue for compensation have 28 days to do so also
Brown paper envelopes full ofWhat about Manch C case, that has a list of 100+ breaches?
you don't need to know that...Who was on the committee / panel who decided 10 points?
I think that is by far the most ludicrous part of today. I would love to hear the justification for it.Still funny we'd have got less points reduced if we went into administration lol
Agree with the 2nd part. The first part is just passing the buck. The PL doesn't manage EFC's finances.
Their argument seems based on if we had been punished last season they wouldn't have been relegatedBased on what though?
Been agreed we gained no sporting advantage.
