[imga=left]http://www.evertonfc.com/assets/_files/images/imported/1086000764.jpg[/imga]With Everton currently lying one point behind an automatic UEFA Cup qualification place (sixth), Assistant manager Alan Irvine has stated his belief that 6 wins are needed from a remaining 10 games to ensure UEFA Cup qualification for Everton.
Irvine told the official Everton website: "It is close (in the table) but there are a lot of teams capable of getting that position. There are a lot of hard games to go - 10 games is still a large chunk of the season.
"When you look at it that way everybody is going to have games against the top teams and it is important that if we are going to get a push towards the top six to be safe of European qualification we are going to have to do our job and win half-a-dozen games between now and the end of the season."
