After supporting this lot for 64 years most of which have been as a season ticket holder
This week I’ve been subjected to the ticket not arriving two phone calls that each took over two hours to answer only to be told I need to go to the box office today to pick up a printed one
After another hour spent in the queue on arriving at the window I was informed they couldn’t print one because they didn’t have all the information
Promised to email one guess what still waiting
Makes you lose the will to live

In today’s world, I have no idea how they can’t figure out an automated digital solution to distribute tickets. That’s insane.

Every year theres fans who don't get season ticket in time.

They always send them out too close to the start of the season - timed a week or two before.

It's because they think fans will lose/misplace them.

They want the money paid by April and come the week of the first home game still leave folks waiting.
