Wouldn't be great but not the end of the world. As long as we earn more money than the repayment we are still up on the deal. Even if it worked out to the same income as what we get now with Goodison after the rent, which would you prefer, stay at Goodison with the bad views or at least look like we are trying to be a modern club not stuck in the early 20th century?

Frankly, a sale leaseback of the facility sounds like good news considering we can’t pay our bills at the moment.

like we can’t just keep on loaning money just to keep club running every month i honestly don’t know how this can be fixed we’ve trimmed the wage bill , sold players how expensive can it possibly be to run us when every other clubs seems to be doing ok

No we'd probably have new owners by now & the club would have been rid of Kenwright & Moshiri a good while ago.

The longer these 2 are in control of the club the deeper in the shiz we get.

We’ve basically treated the assets we have as guarantors, so if we don’t meet payments the. The assets can be “seized” of claimed ownership of, whichever way you look at it.
