I can respect your general point, but given Usmanov's reported closeness to Putin I think that this is an unfair generalisation of my post.

Immoral, corrupt and most other things you would want to fling at him, but I am not aware that he is an actual war criminal.

Undesirable owner, whichever you choose. Only problem is that 777 seem worse!

Would this be fronted by a certain former employee who's been very vocal of late.

Just look at the facts. It's very unlikely that 777 will be our new owners and Moshiri wants out so you'd assume that with the ITK info of a new bidder that those are the ones who will actually take over in the end and are probably already in talks with Moshiri. 777 don't look like they can prove /pass whatever PL tests are required. Tbh I have never felt like it would be 777. The only question is, who is it and how much money have they got? And are they competent /willing to put together a competent team.

There simply arent rival bidders.

Its based on hope more than anything.

And if there are rival bidders, which I very much doubt, they will be somebody else with no money who want the club for nothing and have a "plan".

In other words, utter jokers.

If there are genuinely other interest bidders out there, then why did they not come forward 5 or 6 months ago when the 777 deal was being discussed.

I am sceptical there is other interest out there. There could well be others, but I don't see the evidence so far.

777 have been giving loans to keep the club going and to meet day to day costs. I have no idea if they will be good owners or not but I'll give credit where it's due for that

I'd say any PL club is an asset to billionaire investors /consortiums, even us in our current state. A season of good management of the club and we're in a very different place - new stadium, probably mid table based on where we'd be this season without the deduction. Decent assets to sell and reinvest with. Cracking fanbase, history etc.

Maybe you're right but that article seems to suggest there's real bidders other than 777 and to me that's not too farfetched a thing to be happening.

As for them being a joker or not we'll just have to wait and see.

They did in the sense of a competing offer, Kaminski's group immediately comes to mind. The difference was they had real money and werent willing to pay Moshiris price. So there is no rival in Moshiris mind because 777 are paying him more than he would get from the others. As long as their deal goes through he doesnt care what happens after.

Again, I dislike 777 a lot, but Josimar seems to just make up lies consistently.

The entire headline is "A new document reveals". Then they reference a document from last year, which we already knew about and they had already reported on. This is old news, the A-Cap initial investment was well known many months ago. So it seems this is an article to say nothing new but just rehash stuff because they have nothing new to report...
