It's a little early to say that but he will be mighty relieved tonight!

Keeps things interesting.

I've said all along that it's ok leading in a title race half-way through the season, but when the pressure gets ramped up I'd go for a course and distance runner...and Celtic are certainly that.

This was an 11 point lead then about a 2 point lead then it went out to 9 before the Celtic result today and now it's 6 again with Celtic having a game in hand.

Celtic
Hearts
rangers

...in that order come May.

Motherwell have high hopes!

I’d just like some team other than Celtic or rangers winning the league. 40 years isn’t it? I’ve been over to Celtic park 4 times in my life, and although I’ve always liked/followed Celtic, I just can’t help but feel Celtic have shot themselves in the foot this season.

Yes, the board are useless and have been guilty of penny pinching, but domestically they should be winning the league considering rangers problems. Maybe in the long run the fans are right in their protests, but doing any damage in the champions league are very lofty/unrealistic ambitions for a Scottish club with relatively limited funds in comparison to the big league European clubs.

I doubt many Celtic fans expect to do any serious damage in the Champions League.

Having the team ready to compete to qualify for the Champions League isn't an unrealistic expectation, in my opinion. Peter Lawwell's tactics have been wait until we see how the qualifiers go, instead of signing players to try and get into the competition.

A few times we've had Nir Bitton, a decenty midfielder in fairness, playing at centre back in the Champions League qualifiers.

The club seems to be run like it's Dermot Desmond's family business. If you play golf with Dermot, or have shared a Guiness with him at Cheltenham, you have a decent chance of being offerered a job at Celtic.

All most fans want is the club to be the best it can be. I don't expect to trouble Real drid, Barcelona, or Man City etc. I do expect to beat Kairat Almaty though. Obviously shocks can happen in any game, but the Almaty game wasn't a shock. It was the result of bad appointments at Celtic, particularly on the recruitment side.

Now were struggling to win the SPFL Premiership. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think we will. Not with Nancy as our manager.

Watched the Hearts / Rangers game.

Boy the standard/ quality of football is pretty atrocious.

These are 2 of the 3 best teams in Scotland? About top 6 in the Championship at best.
