Total cost: £219.8m

Chelsea
Back six: Mendy (GK), Reece James (RWB), Cesar Azpilicueta (CB), Thiago Silva (CB), Antonio Rudiger (CB), Ben Chilwell (LWB)

Everton
Back five: Jordan Pickford (GK), Seamus Coleman (RB), Yerry Mina (CB), Ben Godfrey(CB), Lucas Digne (LB)

On paper it looks like were just a right back away from having a top 6 quality defence.

Hopefully we can extend Mina's contract, sign a top notch right back and have the foundation on which to build upon.

Really good to see this in black and white to compare where we are. In terms of out and out quality I think Man U, Man City and the Kopshite stand out but they spent double what we have. Really worried about how our hands are tied by FFP seemingly more than pretty much any other Premier League team. I guess it's the silly wages for the ridiculous amount of deadwood we have. Surely w can afford a decent right back though?!?

We need a proper ball winning centre half to go with that right back imho. I do like Big Yez but he can't hit diags and is only fit enough to play 50% of the games.

Michael Keane is a liability to end all liabilities, man is made of unforced errors.

On the whole I get the feeling that Evertonians think we are fine at CB, whereas everyone else thinks it is where we are weakest
