A Wonderful Day

What a wonderful day. Fabulous weather and even though it’s half term, I still put in a couple of hours teaching the granddaughter (it’s routine now) then it was into the garden. I’d filled the paddling pool up the day before, the sun was beating down and she had a great time in what I thought was freezing water, while I got to lounge about on the swing seat with the iPad. Later on it was BBQ time with the family and one or two beers (may have been more tbh). All in all, a wonderful day.......

Spent it relaxing and doing nothing much at all really.

I thought I was going blind so took the car to Barnard Castle just to check.

Just the one, a little cockapoo, the golden retriever died the other year. The one we have looks like a ball of fluff at the moment, he’s going into the groomers tomorrow......
