Roman Toffee

Player Valuation: £225k
Hi guys, i'm planning to come up there to see the match against ManUtd next 25 Oct, and, maybe a couple of day to spend visit the city.

Could you help me, please?

I woul like to know:

1) the best (or the only...) way, to purchase tickets, is online on efc.com?

2) i would like to see the match just back/over the toffees bench, which is the name of the stand?

3) have you any hotels and/or b&b names not too much expensive (40 to 60 GBP/night) to suggest me?

thanks in advance,
Ale.

Hi mate,

This would be the best place to get tickets:

http://www.evertonfc.talent-sport.co.uk

or ring up 0870 442 1878 and choose the home tickets option and it will put you through to speak to someone.

You'd want the Main Stand for that, if you want to watch just beside the dugout then go in the Family Enclosure or if you want to watch just above go into the Main Stand but you could end up with a terrible seat and it might spoil your expierence, i'm not sure. Or if you want to watch from the clouds then go into the Top Balcony.

Here's a good link for hotels in Liverpool: Liverpool Hotels

I suggest either the Premier Travel Inn by the dock, Holiday Inn express by the Albert Dock or maybe even cheaper would be the formule one hotel across the road from the albert dock.

Premier travel inn: http://www.premierinn.com/pti/home.do > then choose Liverpool albert dock or the Liverpool city centre one

Holiday inn express: http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/ex/925/en/home > choose albert dock one

Formule1: http://www.hotelformule1.com/gb/hotel-3484-formule-1-liverpool-city-centre/index.shtml

Or could try the IBis: http://www.ibishotel.com/gb/hotel-3140-ibis-liverpool/index.shtml

Hope you have a good day if all goes to plan mate.

No great advice from me other than to say book the best hotel possible for your money. There are some decent hotels in the city but some are [Poor language removed] as well. I would recommend you ensure you're in the city centre itself (not near to it) or, preferably, down by Albert Dock. It's very nice down there. Cal's list will tell you everything you need to know. Have a great time!

Cant go wrong with a travelodge.

I agree, a travel lodge would be by far your best bet, they might be a little bit dearer than some and they aint very homely, but you get a nice clean room and decent service, most of the time anyway.

And the stand overlooking the dugout is the Main Stand. Big money and with all the posh rich ppl. :D

There's a Travelodge on Queens Drive which puts you a short bus ride to the ground if you fail to get somewhere in the city stand.

Sorry my delay, but i'd "few" internet problems during the last days

What to say, THANKS to everyone guys, i'm really grateful! I hope (after at least three chances failed) to FINALLY come there to see a match... and have a great day! I could also sleep under a bridge, if "someone" from the heaven says me: "ok son, go to sleep under the bridge, and you'll beat Man Utd six to nil..." but after the match i need a great cardiologist for sure!

I have another question for you (sorry ): do youy think there are many chances for the match will be played at lunch time? just to know if come there on friday evening or on saturday morning... i wouldn't like to run from the airport to the ground with my baggage still in my hands... :D

So, thank you again guys and, now, let's go to pray for today derby... i think we need all kind of support right now!

Ale.

P.S.: Cal, you can ask for a work to the Liverpool Tourism Office for sure, lad! they can't say you "no thanks"!

Thank you Dan :)

I'm back again with another question: i'm looking to purchase the tickets, and i have two chances:

Main Stand 3, row AA seats 112 to AA 115 (with restricted view) or
Family Enclosure 6, row A seats 152 to 155...

Suggestions? i think the Family Enclosure is better, isn't it? (maybe too low?)

ty as always, guys!

Ale.
