Do we feel further measures can be taken to push back against an undeterred Premier League to create more impact, and if so what could they be?

Got to say I'm a little disappointed given the copious amounts of Colombian marching powder consumed by some of our blue brethren, I would have expected a bit more of an Escobarian response, along the way.
