Just comical defending on all 3 goals, despite the great strike for the first.

I don't think it is about individual moments or defensive errors. All goals come about because someone missed a tackle or lost his man. The root of the problem was the tactics. We just sat off and invited pressure for the whole of the second half. We never had any controlled possession and messed up all of our opportunities to counter attack due to poor passing or decision making. They had their third choice keeper in goal and he didn't have to make a save in the second half. Roberto must take the blame. Everyone could see after 10 or 15 mins of the second half that our tactics weren't working and we need a change in personnel. Kone was abysmal for the entire second half. Didn't help Galloway and lost the ball every time it came near him. Del and Ross were also very very poor. Also for the third, why are we incapable of doing a professional foul and just allowing ourselves time to regroup. Instead we allow guys to run through our midfield at will. It's schoolboy stuff.

What's our true level? Sunderland we were lucky not to be 2 down after 15 mins, then go 2 ahead, then get pegged back, then end up easy winners. Villa good first half but a pretty terrible second half. We are so inconsistent even in the same 45 minutes. We need to learn how to switch between counter attack football and possession. Second half today we should have kept them at arms length and played possession football like we did at villa in Bobby's first season. We closed that game down by keeping the ball for the last 15 minutes and they didn't get within 40 yards of our goal.

7th. Which is handy really.

Just got back. Thought we were very good in spells but they coped with the mental weather in the second half much better than we did and battled harder when it got tough. If McCarthy had took his chance to make it 3-0 it would have killed it. We're getting closer and closer to being utterly ace.

And mine.
Feel yer pain mate. Was at the Albion Rovers v Morton game today (yeah I know you're not interested in Scottish football), but was following the Everton game. Had actually left the ground after a 2-0 victory, got into my car, my 21 year old son said, "you're coupon's up". Whoopee said I, then they scored in the 97th min...gutted.

Mine wasn't that much and I never win bets like but this is exactly why Everton don't usually get on my slips.

Our ability to shoot ourselves in the foot never ceases to amaze me,2-0 up they sit deep second half inviting them on to us,although they weren't really threatening you just knew if they somehow got one back that would be it,sure enough, then we regain the lead in the 95th minute, now whether or not mr no friend of ours plays three minutes extra, just be professional and see it through it's Bournemouth ffs,so bloody frustrating,go away and score three and come away with a point, grrrrrr!
