I spoke with an old chum from Preston this morning and he is over the moon about Irvine and the way he is going about turning matters round at Deepdale. He used the words organised, players committed, strong back four and the team playing with a smile.......................who does that sound like.

I naturally thought that when AI went there he'd want to take a few of our reserves on loan,JPK for example. I'm really surprised that this hasn't happened as yet.

But good luck to him, they're a decent club and he hope he gets them in the prem in the not too distant future.

arent they wrestling with financial problems? i suspect some cuts might be made in the summer and that we might see a few da silva type season or half season loans made.
