He can sign precontract abroad next Jan.
I see Turkey or Saudai in his future.
Wouldn't be surprised to see he and Gray leave before Sep if we could bring in one or two.
…doubt a Turkish club will meet his financial demands, probably circa £6m signing fee and £100k per week. I wouldn’t be surprised if his destination is another PL outfit. Its likely clubs have already been putting out the feelers.
From our perspective, hopefully he maintains a decent level of form to increase his market value.
Hes on 80k here, he might get a 100k on a free and a hefty signing on, still cant see anyone in this league bar promoted clubs being interested in him.
As for us hes out third highest cost player so far after Gomes, 10.96 a year he costs us - not worth it for me - certainly wouldn't be giving him a pay rise.
At least he contributes, wouldn't be his biggest fan, put hes a warm body who plays.

Thought he was on £50k
Lads a worker who doubles up with his full defensively very well, but is wasteful at the other end. Can't play in the middle and I don't think we can afford to be the club who gives him that 'last big contract' Would mean him leaving on a free or a nominal fee in Jan, but he didn't turn out to be as bad as I thought.
Nope 80k mate. 4.16 a year and ammortisation of 6.8 mill.
Can we get a player for an investment of 10.96 mill, i think we definitely can.
