I think the council do care. The clubs dont. That's clearly the case. It does all look pie in the sky in a city like Liverpool where projects move at a snails pace (unless you have the Duke of Westminster onside and looking to profit).

Anyway, it wont be long now until Bob's researchers are reporting back on Everton's next move. Expect jumpers for goalposts on Stanley Park.
