it is not a pastie and you well know it, your making some greek ferry fare sound like m&s in the attempt to console yourself that what you are eating is a pastie.
in reality it is more like a very bad soggy croissant with sweet pastry with a very small amount of feta in it and some long-life ham.

we had the bloke who does the ferry tannoy at Goodison last week, we shouldve turned it up beyond the point of being able to decipher what he was saying to make the greeks feel more at home.

we went from hardcore streetside to watching swan lake in the shadow of the parthenon. kipped a few nights at the port in piraeus too over the years, thats rough as arshes in the middle of the night.
