After a lot of trepidation (and lurking), I decided to join my voice to the uprising of the lurkers in these boards. 
I started following the Toffees when I was 15 (2004) and had just started to watch the EPL, and the heart of that team (and Timmy Cahill) made me an Everton fan. I've always tried to rationalize this but have never been able to, given that all my friends either support United, the RS or Arsenal. I suppose there's just something about Everton that, while watching, makes you one of them. You are either a Blue or you aren't.
Hope Barkley finally shines through and we keep hold of Baines (and Fellaini)! A new era beckons.
