Been an Everton fan since I first knew about football and saw a picture of Everton's cup winning team in '84.

I was raised in the East Midlands with no well known teams around and no football fans in the immediate family so the first team I knew of stuck with me.

I'm based down South now so don't get to many games. Only managed to visit Goodison once (drab 1-1 draw with Wolves where Howard got Meirhoffer sent off in the last minute.

Best game I've been to (not necessarily for quality) was the 2009 semi-final. I was behind the goal with the Man Utd fans which was difficult (but brilliant) for the penalties, but the atmosphere coming from the packed blue end was just incredible as was outside the stadium after the game.

I've been browsing this forum for a while (and used to browse the old 606 messageboards when they were around), and finally decided to sign up.
