How good is Arsene Wenger as a manager, might be a whinging prick but has to be up there as one of the best. He puts together team after team, and despite losing key players last season his team doing relatively well in the league this season with injuries to key players too. Already tongiht, anyone watching the Olympiakos game will see a bunch of kids + Silvestre playing some wonderful neat tidy stuff. Wonderful team to watch.
 


Resources, i.e about 100 more scouts and the ability to pay expenses to young players.

But dont get me wrong, hes a good lerd is Arsene and Arsenal do play lovely football.

Sadly a lot of the products preyed upon in Africa do not make it to the big lights of football, and end up abandoned, alone, in foreign countries by unscrupulous agents. That such a respected club as Arsenal has its finger prints all over such business is a terrible indictment of the premier league and a supposedly respected individual in Wenger than has ended up with the benefits of such dealings. Cages, cuffs and ships may have gone, but slavery is still with us.
