According to all the latest rumours from those *in the know* it's £15M and Jo for Lescott. I wouldn't be surprised given the shower of complete dickheads running this club.

If Lescott wants to go, 15mill plus Jo is good business to me. That's hypothetically, M'Bia, Naughton and Jo without touching the available transfer budget. Taylor, Richards, Mancienne would all be realistic targets.

I'm glad you're saying £25M plus a player. £15M plus Jo thoroughly depresses me. Jo's a good finisher but I'm way short of being persuaded he's a worthy makeweight in a deal involving cash. If that's what's on the cards it's a steal for City. All they'll see is £15M (nothing to them) plus a problem player heading down the East Lancs. Fantastic business for them, hopeless for us.

Agreed mate, why make it easy for them, Jo did well in a deep role for us and gave us something different not consistent enough for me to warrent making up 10 mill in the difference. Ill be disapointed regardless of/if any player we take (I rate Johnson highly) there isnt close to 25 mill on the table.

How are they tasty lineups? Yes when all our players are fit we have a good team. It's still nowhere near being a top side, the right hand side is still dogshite, not to mention the fact that beyond that first eleven we have **** all.
