Yep, same here, thought he did alright sometimes at S.A, but he did waste most chances though..

Not sure, more about the feeling, but they have similar physiques, not sure if one can create for another, or hold up the ball well. But are decent when running the channels, but not sure if you need 2 players to do it when playing 4-4-2. Bent is also lazy, so not sure how Gyan will like to drop deeper, to pick up opposite's DM, when playing against 4-5-1.

His stats aren't that impressive, and I thought people were raving too much about him at the WC. It's just that Ghana did well, and he was their top scorer, maybe they got carried away.

£13 million is a joke though. He's quite young, that's true, but they've paid over the odds; desperation with Jones gone and Frazier Campbell injured for the season.

13 million is ridiculous though. There's something to be said for setting expectations well above capabilities. This guy would need to score 20 league goals a season to justify it, which isn't happening.

Overpriced, but I think Bruce was spooked by the Campbell injury. Not sure I see Bent and Gyan working that well together. Only time will tell though.
