Personally think its good for the whole Merseyside area for these teams to do what they can to compete.
The top 2 divisions is dominated by southern clubs with rich benefactors who are over punching above the usual status quo (Brighton, Bournemouth, Plymouth etc)
Would be nice for a rejuvenation of the 90s
