Blunder Ref Martin Atkinson it seems has been punished by the FA for his ill timed whistle at the death in Everton's draw against manure.

Atkinson was due to referee this weekend's Sunderland v Arsenal at The Stadium of Light but has now been given the duty of checking the studs and holding ironically the time board up as the fourth official.

Moyesy though will also be punished as the FA has charged Steve Round and himself with improper conduct.

Where is the fairness then, an £8k fine set against being demoted to fourth official?

Join the rest of them Atkinson from over the years, Thomas, Poll, Clattenburg, your all brothers in arms when it comes to the so called big teams, [Poor language removed] scared of the lot of them you are.

Deservedly so as well.

I suppose we should be grateful Jagielka didnt score because Moyes, Round, Fellaini and anyone else in blue within 25 yards of the ref would have definately been banned after a rather bigger contretemps about the whistle being blown.

Just think if it was hibbert. People would be rioting because they weren't able to riot.

If we would have scored then that kopite would have defo had his car scratched and possibly rude gestures.

Thank.goodness for Jagielka being [Poor language removed] at shooting.
