If we sign him, then fine

I happen to think he's a good player

But I just cannot be arsed with him dragging his feet any longer

If he does sign, he'll have my support as will any player in the Royal Blue, but I'll be F'ed if I'm going to give a flying fudge about him until then

As far as I'm concerned, him coming here isn't even remotely on the cards and we should be aggressively looking elsewhere now IMO

It's been 'close' for about 3 weeks now and I don't doubt the sources telling us that, which suggests that Witsel has been dragging his feet and us waiting for other options. We should be doing the same, he's good by all accounts but I'm not convinced he's that good. Gets my full support if he signs though.

No offence mate, but how do you know he's dragging his feet?

You could pretty much say all that there about every player we have been linked with so far.

If you had to hazard an educated assessment, that no one sensible would ever hold you to, as matter currently stand, how do you rate the % chances of landing each of Witsel, Koulibaly, Carvalho and Mata.

Is it something like W 80%, K 70%, C 70%, M 50%?
