Now I have heard a few murmors of who we could get on the cheap from Newcastle when they do go down and when they do have to sell their stars.

Well, if any of them were worth buying then they wouldn't be in the **** now. Not one of those players today is worthy of that shirt, they are not worthy of any football shirt. Personally if I was the owner I would sack the lot of them, accept relegation, take the hit and play the youth team for the last 3 games.

I thought it was a strange decision by Shearer to leave out Owen today. A team in desperate trouble would be better going for an attacking option and losing rather than employing a defensive formation. Viduka, Martins and Owen should have all started upfront today. I would rather lose a game showing fight than show no guts by being bossed.

Really don't see anyone of merit. Perhaps young Carroll. Love to have Owen if he wasn't getting so brittle and unfortunately losing pace but the number just add up. If Shearer sees it you know Moyes does also.

Edit: On second thought, Newcastle have been overpaying the whole over-rated, unprofessional, sometimes-psychotic bunch, so we should let other teams take on these 'burdens'.

Ha ha safe to say i been a Barton fan (football ability) for a few years now. He is a ted though which is a pitty becuase he could be an exceptional player.

Mate you may as well have some crazy player from Denbigh Mental Institute to play instead. Barton has got far too many demons to be playing professional football. Did you see him talking to himself as he trudged off?
