Musically and lyric wise The Stone couldnt touch The Beatles. I'm not saying that cos theyre scousers and so am I but the quality is so much better. The Beatles have sold near a billion records. By 1974 and you can check The Guinness book Of Records they'd sold 500 million when the population of the planet was 4 Billion. Thats the equivalent of 1 in 8 people on earth owning one. That says it all really

Although Led Zeppelin are brill and I love them to bits I dont listen to them as much as I listen to The Beatles. Valid point tho Bill.
