Hed be one of the first out the door for me. The FFP and free transfer makes him an ideal sale.

Possibly Roma with his ex manager there.

The problem I see, is the wages. I don't know how FFP would look, but if he's earning say 150k p/w it may be worth subsidising this for 2 years (say 50k p/a) for a fee of say 15 million. I don't know how it would look on FFP, but hopefully it would show as a 15m profit.

Panic attack - poor guy hope he gets better soon

Lose a football match - worse person in the world get rid. he earns loads so nothing can go wrong.
I wish him nothing but the best on the mental health front but as a footballer he isn't good enough for where the club is (hopefully) aiming and that's been true more or less since when he got here.

He is very Meh. I just don't think he is impactful enough for the type of player he is, and for someone with his supposed quality, I've never seen anyone take so many bad touches, poorly weighted passes, awful powderpuff shooting/finishing and he falls over, completely unchallenged a hell of a lot. Add to that a complete lack of physical strength, and he's not really that fast/energetic either for an out ball.

I argued going back to last season he was not what I had expected or hoped. I wrongly assumed he would be a Juninho type, or a even a Pienaar, who's intelligence and energy would make things happen, but he's just usually on the periphery of everything.

Devils advocate, I'm not even sure he offers as much as Bolasie or Dowell would for the number of times he's turned up.

If he really is our top earner, it really would be a massive boost for us if we could move him on, especially if we could get some sort of fee...

I wonder if West Ham or Bournemouth survive if we could interest 1 of them?

Unfortunately those sides have a real overstock of wide players who aren't very good.

I was thinking with Fraser leaving, and with rumours of Brooks potentially moving, if he would be the sort of player that would interest them, but I doubt they could afford his wages regardless. West Ham always seem interested in those type of players and would see it as a big coup, especially if Anderson moves on.

Wishful thinking on my part.
