What is the best car you've ever owned or driven and what is the worst?

Best for me was a Peugeot 504 estate...............super drive but the body work was suspect, loved the one I used to have for fishing, bloody thing flew.

Without any doubt a Hillman Avenger, it was pure unadulterated crap, engine head gasket went with a regularity you wouldn't believe. Most cars of this type had smacks on the back because you just couldn't see out of the rear window, British design at its best

Worst car was my last car, Ford Escort, never buy a Ford, piece of utter junk.
Best car was the Proton I had, wonderful car, had it 3-4 years and sailed thru every MOT and I only ever needed tires for it.

Best - Fiat 124 Sport back in the 70s. Had 130,000 km when I got it, fun to drive, and really favoured by the ladies for some reason.

Worst - oddly a Volvo, so many little things went wrong.

My favourite was a Renault 5 GTX

The worst was probably the bright yellow Yugo - although it was better than my wife's Talbot Alpine.

Best/Worst. Rover 820i Fastback, Lost more oil than the Torrey Canyon, but I had the most fun in it.

Worst/Best. Renault Clio, Cheap to run and environmentally friendly, but so boring.

I'll let you work that one out yourselves.

Best, current car, my bmw clone - Skoda Octavia (and before the jokes fly in. they use VW engine)

Worst, Mark I Fiesta, it was red as well. How I hate that car.

BEST.................. Ferrari 360 Spider

WORST............... Vauxhall chevette saloon, windows didn't work, rust bucket af the highest order and got shunted from behind leaving no boot. Was also a horrible metallic green colour.
