Perfect, approximately 12/13 years ago, I have no idea who the opposition was, or the score of the game. But Craig Short wasat centre half, the ball was crossed to the edge of our 18 yard box. Instead of heading it away or where it came from, he put it right in the top bin, anyone recall???

Theres a non-league one they always show on the gaffes shows - cant remember what team possibly Kidderminster - the ball was heading for goal and the covering defender goes to clear it over the bar - but unfortunaley (and hilarously) he leathers it into the top corner from 2 yards out with a mega-toe-pegger :lol::lol::lol: - classic - if anyone knows a link to the clip I'd love to see it again
 

It could of been the darkest day in evertons history, but looking back Gary Abletts excruciating lunge/scramble in the Wimbledon 94 game to make it 0-2 gives my a giggle now:D - did'nt at the time tho:@:@:@
