hmm fair enough got mixed up, i didn't know he was already convicted. but all i was saying is that i wouldn't blame her if she truly believed he's innocent, as i don't know the facts of the case that well. some of you who have followed it very closely may disagree, and in that case i'll defer to your judgment and i'm sorry if i offended.

She may believe he is innocent, but to call him a hero, I actually can't describe what I think of it. What a thick, brainless horrible girl she is. He was given 22 years this afternoon. Police had planted recording devices in the homes of suspects which gave them concrete evidence Mercer had done it. One of his mates also gave evidence against him, and he is now immune to any punnishment. I hope he rots in prison!

She's a C#*t, that is her crime, it is also her punishment. If she is running around with such vermin it is only a matter of time before she gets smashed in. heres hoping its a short time, and that those that do it get away with it and laugh.
 

I would like her to get jailed as well,she is obviously not right in the head.how proud her parents must feel if that was my daughter I would disown her,these scum going around ruining peoples lives should never see the light of day again.22years to me is not enough little Rhys wont be here in 22 years.life should mean life and the guys who helped him should all have got the same sentence.by helping him they prolonged the Jones family agony my heart goes out to them sitting there watching the scum snigger in court how they kept their cool is beyond me I have nothing but respect for they way they handled this trying time
 
i watched a report on the croxteth crew the other night on a news channel.

i blame pop culture aswell as bad parenting.
poverty has nothing to do with it imo. you dont need money to teach your kids moral values.
 
Rather than waiting until they have to pay for someone's hospital bills, court fees, another funeral or just these kid's dole for the rest of most of their lives, the govt should step in now.

Send the little bastards over to South Central L.A. or Harlem N.Y. to fend for themselves and let them see how proper gangs operate... Should scare them straight and make them realise that they're just a bunch of pathetic children and that it's not all glamorous like 50-cent & DMX etc.

Failing that - bring in National Service for perpetually unemployed non-students, let them fight if that's all they're good for.
