great first half but need to play through anichebe as he has the beating of ridgewell , like to see donovan on after 60 mins to exploit ridgewell more , pip just cant go past his own shadow lol.

ft 4-2 to everton hopefully at least if we step up a few gears , they dont score many so lets press them more to make mistakes like in the first 25 mins

Just imagine what Landon would do to him! Bring him on, Davey!

I missed most of the first half.
The last 10 minutes looked pretty [Poor language removed]. How has Anichebe got on? Looked a good goal.
Jags messed up twice with theirs by the looks of it. Sloppy marking all round there.

We've all been saying it: they opened up with an outstanding performance, went up 2-0, were playing great, and then, once Jerome scored a soft goal, the complexion of the whole game changed.

We were super, they couldn't get near us then typically we concede too soon.

Since then we stopped dominating possession and they look more likely to score.

Big HT talk this from Moyes, big second half. A true air pointer in the balance.

Na mate Brum moved an extra man in the middle on 25 mins. Cahill was playing really deep and it was our five man against their four hence the half hour dominance and the space we had. McCleash has cottened on and moved five into the middle.

Plan B!

Yeah.

I think Cahill should get involved and make them work more.

Push him more forward so someone has to drop back with him.

Been losing the ball too easily, allowing for quick counters by Birmingham. They're trying to pass it around & spread it out, but those little mistakes are like flies.

Cahill's been dropping in and making it a five, he's not looking to get involved enough though. If him and Heitinga look for the ball more we'll dominate that midfield, technically, we are a better side. But at the moment, especially in the last 15 minutes or so, there was only three outlets in midfield.

Benetiz actually went deep mate and started to close down the midfeild Bomyer and Ferguson went deeper.

I can see us sending in hopeless crosses in the second half or bringing Landon on to try and get in behind.

Bad spoilers are Brum, we should be four up though only for Hart hes superb!

its the fulcrum of the season, the moment when everything could pivot one way or another. Come out and play panic football, long hoofs and lose our heads and the season is a wash out, with not even european football to chase.

Play smart, close down, keep on at them and maybe we can still chase that european dream.

god we can't lose today.

In this situation we have to keep hold of the ball even if it doesnt look like we are going anywhere with it. They are losing which means they will have to come looking for the ball which will leave them a bit exposed at the back, thats where donovan comes in. COYBB
