Don’t think there should be any anger.

We were harshly done, but let’s face it, we played fantastically, and we have in all of Lampards home games.

The players should take confidence, which should lift them for the remaining 7 home games and if we can start getting a few results on the road we’ll be fine.

The players lack confidence, but an enthusiastic Goodison and a manager making them believe is exactly what we needed.

Don’t lick your wounds, let’s keep fighting and give the fans a boost by booking a QF place with a win over Boreham.

Most werent expecting anything out of this game, half the forum seemed like they were expecting a heavy defeat. But we turned up and in the end got cheated out of a potential point (after losing the last 8 in a row against the oilers), IMO we can use this for the rest of the season. From looking at our remaining fixtures this morning til now, i see a lot more potential points to be picked up if we can get the mindset right.
Outside the top 3 there should be no team that we should feel inferior to between now and the end of the season.

If we can keep the midfield 3 fit of doucoure, Allan and dvdb. We will be fine. In particular the first 2. If doucoure gets injured again then I think we are in massive trouble

It has been good to see the Lampard effect at home. 3 games and 3 good performances. He just has to get the mentality correct for the away games as we seem weak and cowardly. Carry on playing with our recent home form and we will no doubt pull clear. My only concern is the injuries we seem to be picking up

Won't turn it down, but if we need a dodgy penno, to best them, then deep down we don't deserve to beat them.
They could give us 10 penno's but it won't replace the valuable 1pt we might have got, which, come May, could make all the difference.
