I have been a supporter for over 60yrs. As a small boy I was taken to the Dublin Packet pub in Chester to shake hands with Dixie who was the landlord there in his retirement. As I now live in Lincolnshire (hence Bluelinc) I find it difficult to get over to goodison and I am lucky if I see the team live once or twice a year. However I still follow everything thats going on and I am just as strong a supporter as I ever was. I am hoping to get over to Norwich to see the friendly at the end of the month. I think its great to see the talented youngsters come through the ranks and I think the manager does a great job developing them. I am very proud of the club and all that it stands for, particularly now when the financial scene is so crazy and puts so much pressure on clubs like ours. It is so important for us to stay on an even keel and to keep to our own standards and to let this silly situation work itself out as it surely will.
