Picked mine up from the Queens Sq bix office.Has anyone who is going on the 22nd received the tickets yet ? As mine still haven't arrived
Lacy could bomb, Calzaghe was silk. Kovalev has heavy hands but less than quick feet, can Hopkins put the Fred Astairs on him, or is it going to be a penalty fest like the kind Diverpool FC expect weekly.
Hopkins fought his firsat pro fight when Kovalev was 6 years old.
Mad this.
Martin Murray v GGG 21st Feb in Monte Carlo. It's goig to be shown live on channel 5, bit of a coup for them.
First of all, Bhop is a legend, bigger than Floyd in my opinion. I hope he calls it a day mow though, it's not a bad way for a 49 yo to bow out.
Kovalev proved he is mich more than a big hitter tonight, I was certain he'd win but by a ko. He controlled the fight throughout, Bhop won 1 round at most.
Kovalev v Stevenson must happen, what a fight that would be!
I rewatched the cleverly/kovelev fight the other day, now cleverly has never made the most of his attributes, and nearly always fought the wrong way, but the speed, fluidity and accuracy of Kovalev is superb, backed up by his power and size he really is the full package, I'd take him to beat Stevenson, probably won't happen, but there is one fight I had the power to make in 2015 that would be itKovalev would terrify me if I was in that weight division.
Really hope people take the chance to watch GGG, Murray hasn't much of a chance, I think he is pretty decent though, better than Macklin, Lee and the now retired Barker, hasn't looked great of late though, GGG inside 6 for me, good luck to MurrayHell of a coup that, any GGG fight wouldn't be out of place on either Sky Sports or Boxnation.
What time is it on chum? So, Klitschko vs Pulev tomorrow...
