Might as well copy and paste any match thread from this season and just change the opposition name. Nothing is going to change until we get some much needed creativity and firepower in the side.

Last night's 1-0 win just made our troubles all the more glaringly obvious so unfortunately until it is sorted, we won't be winning a PL game.

Brentford 2-1 Everton

Can't see anything other than a defeat unless we can get some firepower up top in the next 24/48 hours.

1/2-0 Brentford, just got nothing and I mean absolutely nothing going forward.

And I don't even remotely trust this shambles of a club to get a striker in before this game.

No chance we win this so it will be Brentford? Everton 0

At present this is a very poor Everton side who got beat against a poor Villa side and very nearly got beat against a awful Forest team, let that sink in

Board and Frank now going into the 4th match of the toughest league in the world without a fit forward.

Negligence and utter stupidy of the highest order.

It is supposed to be a professional club and we have an ex Chinese league token of a player leading the line until he gasses out.

It just mightcome back and bite us in May. Points are picked up from day one of the season and much tougher fixtures to come.

Let's wait for the excuses. nobody foresaw Dominic Calvert-Lewin injury . ya ya.

1 nil Brenford.
