Having watched the Capello press conference earlier today I must say that he came across well and although I have reservations I wish the man well for the sake of English football.
That said his entry was preceded by Barwick explaining in some depth how the appointment was made, he even cited the qualities which the FA believed to be essential for anyone taking the job. Really good man management, excellent tactical knowledge and awareness, ability to cope with the pressure, really good press relations and a man who commands respect throughout world football............................................can anybody tell me how this sycophant managed to appoint McLaren, it beggars belief it really does. Barwick consists of spin and [Poor language removed], red [Poor language removed] at that.:angry: :angry: :angry:
