Doubt she'd even be named.

That is where the law is an ass, feminists say that women should be free to make allegations, should be encouraged to make allegations irrespective of the effect it has on an innocent party. If the police see this as a false or malicious allegation then she should be named and shamed, why should it only be the guy who is actually innocent, who suffers the stigma:angry:    !

he (cahill) has the money to go 'civil' and pursue her via the courts for defamation of character.

take everything she has tim, he house, her belongings, make the bitch pay.

The poor bugger, my heart goes out to him - seriously!

A friend of my family was charged with rape, and was put through the wringer. Only for the bitch to break-down in court claiming she had been suffering depression at the time - and all this poor [Poor language removed] did was give her a job!!

Meanwhile his wife left him, he lost his business, his self-respect, and his pride! And what came of the bitch you may ask - fecking nothing, the depression 'excuse' was enough for her to simply have to see a shrink!!! And what was worse the press still made out as though he got off only due to her 'medical condition' - not that depression isn't a medical condition, but you know what I mean!

It still gets me wild after almost 14 years! So I'm completely with Suits on this one take the bitch to the cleaners!

I still think the press should stay out of court cases until a guilty verdict has been delivered because we have a situation at the moment where reputations are damaged regardless of any guilt. If a person is guilty then fair enough but we live in a land where we are deemed innocent until proven guilty and the media should respect that and not report on cases until a verdict is given.

Familiar with the Duke Lacrosse Case then?

To my knowledge, nothing is going to happen to the stripper that falsely accused the players. Too bad as she deserves some jail time as well as the recently disbarred district attorney.
