My condolenses go out to that boy's parents, it truly is such a tragic waste of a life. I sincerely hope that the culprit is found and brought to justice Life imprisionment.

Life means Life none of this 5 years crap.
 
I lived in Croxteth for a bit in the mid 90's - heard quite a few gun shots, quickly followed by the sound of choppers. Like LA.
 
So much children seem to have been killed in recent years. Doesn't it seem like violence among teens, and younger in this case, has gone up dramatically over the last couple of years?

My sympathies go to the family.
 

One part of me says bring back capital punishment but at the very least the perpetrators of these crimes should be locked up for a minimum of 25 years. Secondly I think legislation should be introduced so that parents can be held accountable for the actions of their children under the age of 18 and make them liable for damages.

This is terrible, horrible news. I can't imagine what the family is going through right now. Hope the killers rot in hell. String them up by their testacles. Make it hurt.

As hard right as I am, even I think this is a bad idea. Since no one can control the actions of another, there is no way one can be held liable for those actions.

Unfortunately incidents like these often bring out ideas about how to prevent similar incidents in the future. This isn't a good one.

Now, as far as capital punishment is concerned.....remember that I reside in Texas...;)
 
Any time a child is killed in any way is a tragedy.

My heart goes out to his parents, especially his mother who held him while he died.
 
This is sickening, is it a coincidence that violence escalates in our society since corporal punishment was abolished in schools, things percolate upwards and this is another example of yobs who don't give a [Poor language removed] about anything or any one, remember Anthony Walker. For Christ sake an 11 year-old, my stomach turns:angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
