Calzaghe on his ass in the first. Got back up though. Would have won the round if he hadn't gone down.

For those who care, Calzaghe wins a split decision. It was a decent fight once Joe got into his rhythm. Personally, I saw it scored 9-3 for Calzaghe.

Next up, De La Hoya against Forbes. Watching the countdown to that fight on HBO now, and TX Bill, De La Hoya is rocking a Dynamo shirt

happy joe won but i had hopkins by 2 points, i guess its the number of punches rather than their effect that is taken into account.

It is the number landed. Plus he landed more than anybody else has against Hopkins. I thought Hopkins was on the edge and if Joe got into his fight a few rounds earlier there could have been a knock-down on the cards.

I got up to watch it (i never miss the big fights) and satanta have [Poor language removed] up!! i had it out with them earlier in the night (When i wasn't getting a signal) that something was wrong their end and they promised the fight would be on. they said it was a mistake their end and it had been put right.

10pm checked everything working ok.

2pm turned tv on to watch fight, No [Poor language removed] signal!!!!

This morning satanta getting cancelled!

I can't comment on the fight untill ive seen it but glad joe won.

It was probably because Virgin are trying to scramble the codes on the eurovox's and as a result, proper subscribers are losing their channels every now and again, expect it to go on for a few weeks yet as they change the codes on several occasions each day.

Vim i rang them they had used an old card for payment, when they sortred it out 5pm saturday they took the payment but forgot to send the signal????
